Welcome to the Computational Clinical Oncology Group at Gustave Roussy.
Our group is dedicated to computational cancer research and its applications to precision oncology. Using cancer genomics and statistical learning, we analyze patients samples from retrospective and prospective studies with a focus on early cancer detection and clinical trials of innovative therapies. We seek to unravel the molecular underpinning of tumor evolution, genotype-phenotype relationships, and the determinants of response and resistance to treatments. We develop clinical decision tools that support diagnostic classification and patient risk stratification.
